Thursday, 12 November
* arrival of participants
* 19:30 welcome dinner in Medea
* 1st working meeting - disscusion about program, setting common grounds for the training - getting to know each other, finding your way round KERIC, expectations and offers
* extra workshop - Basic facts about EVS for participants without experience from the EVS area

Friday, 13 November

* What is EVS? - first discussion, level of experience
* Presentation of organisations
* exploration of our town
* second disussion about EVS
* wellness evening

Saturday, 14 November
* statistics about our host and sending possibilities
* third discussion about EVS - open space for different topics which have not been discussed yet /cooperation with Africa, Latin America, KERIC as the coordinating organisation , problem points of EVS etc./
* In the shoes of the volunteer - can you imagine....?
* team building activity


Sunday, 15 November
* visit of host organisations in Zilina and the Kysuce region
* Final outcomes of the training, planning future cooperation
* culture and nature afternoon in Kysuce mountains

Monday, 16 November
* Final evaluation
* Farewell lunch
* departure of participants
